Something similar happened last year as well.The Rjasthan government of the state can take a decision very soon regarding whether there will be examinations or not in the universities and colleges of Rajasthan amid the Covid-19 epidemic. According to reports, a committee composed for reviewing the examinations has submitted a report. The committee recommends that first year students be exempted from exams. There are multiple exams in the second year, and online exams must be taken from July to August. The government will make the final decision on the committee’s report.
In addition, the committee also recommends that students should be vaccinated before taking the exam. Students in the second and third year are 18 years old and can therefore be vaccinated. In Rajasthan, a committee was formed to recommend taking the university exams postponed for the 2020-21 academic year and to start the next academic year 2021-22 on time. The Minister of Higher Education said that due to the second wave of the global epidemic, the next semester may also be affected by the postponement of exams and failure to take exams at all universities in the state.
